The import and export buttons are at the top of the map objects side bar. The export button is greyed out becasue there are no objects on the map to export. The export menu is available when the map has objects on it. The import function allows you to bring in GPX, KML, or GeoJSON data files and we will talk about what each of these file types are. Click the button, which will open a file explorer. Find the GPX file you want to upload and then click “Import”. This will import your GPX file to Google Maps. I have a gpx file from my garmin unit. I want to display it (including waypoints and track data) on bing maps. With google maps there is a handy 3rd party website that handles this for me, and it is also very simply done with google earth as well. xgvlD08.
