So, here are the best weapons to use in Mount and Blade 2: Bannerlord, along with their stats and respective value. Best crossbow in Bannerlord. Best bow in Bannerlord. Best one-handed sword in Bannerlord. Best two-handed sword in Bannerlord. Best axe in Bannerlord. Best polearm in Bannerlord. BestIn warband low weapon proficiency meant really poor weapon performance, and I am sure that applies in a very similar way with the one-hand skill in Bannerlord. As for best axe, I always found high weight+damage with a small focus on speed to be the best, even it ends up being really short because that can really help in moshpit fights and sieges.

Generally the weapon itself will say what it is made from. If the weapon says its fine steel then it will smelt into fine steel. There is a pretty cheap dagger available from imperial towns (I think its called a Pugio or something) which smelts into fine steel so it is worth keeping your eyes open for them.
Melee Weapons are weapons used in close-range combat. They generally deal higher damage than Ranged Weapons and require no ammunition. In Warband, some ranged weapons can also be used as melee weapons. Weapons can have modifiers that indicate increased or decreased stats. While one of the available modifiers is "Heavy", the Heavy Sabre, Heavy Bastard Sword, and Heavy Lance are actually Check Towns that have Smithies, of course, as well as Tanneries. The Stugians have a nice Layered Leather armor that is really cheap and probably the best Early game armor you can get for that price. Empire Cavalry Armor is outstanding late-mid game armor and there are two, one above and one below, that in costs/Tier that are excellent as well.Broad falchion, star falchion, pointed falchion, but any 2h with a one and two handed grip is good. To maximize exp, look for polearm or 2h sword crafting orders. It literally multiplies exp gain. At Smith 230 look for the orders that pay like 10k plus. SpaceLatch.
In order to craft your own Thamaskene Steel, you will have to unlock the perk Steel Maker 3. You can unlock the Steel Maker 3 perk at level 100 Smithing. That this perk does is allow you to refine 2 units of Fine Steel into 1 unit of Thamaskene Steel. That way as long as you have a large supply of charcoal and fine steel you are able to make asBest 1/2 handed weapon - Heavy Morningstar: 2 handed - 93 speed, 39 piercing, 85 reach. 1 handed - ~80 speed, ~33 Piercing, 85 reach (15% reduction when used 1 handed) Piercing is best all rounder for damage type. Blunt is my preferred type as I try take down the best armoured enemies each fight. To preserve my troops but also to capture the
Learning how to make money fast in Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord is an important skill that plays a role in everything. To help you buy the best armor and weapons while paying off rising party feesYou usually need to invest on 2handed weapons early in the campaign to start seeing the damage output later in the game, but I recommend the Executioner's axe or the Glaive if you invested early in polearm and are now switching to 2h. I personally use the glaive for my Khuzait campaign but that shit expensive. 2. 1qN4.
