Breweries in the middle East (desert), the towns there don't produce it but they make tons of grain, it's 2500 denars to invest and will bring about 150 denars each week. Business is rubbish. Costs 10,000-30,000 to buy, brings in 200-400 per week. Hunt bandits, more fun, more money and you dont have to pay to do it.
Prices are a close estimates based on trade skill, I had about 95 trade when I made this. I Believe these are all the bows in the game currently from going off this page I found. The "Southern Tribesman Bows" are just "Tribesman Bows" in-game, along with the "Western Longbow" being the "Lowland Longbow", "Western Yew Bow" being the "Yew Bow".

AFAIK, this is the best civilian outfit in term of protection, with one side-grade. For hat, IIRC Khuzait's Upturned Fur Cap also has 14 Head armor but look much nicer than the Coif, IMO. Add a Crafted two handed warblade for a weapon. That'll cut through mobs of thugs like carving a cake.

I haven’t been able to find any. Is there anywhere special to get them? Look for towns with woodworkers. Quest is busted. All the crossbows cost way too mucj. I found Arbalest crossbow in Sargot. It costs too much, I paid 64k denars for it😬.
