It should also reverse the widow direction automatically if it senses an issue. Eg as you move window upwards, it senses an issue then the window should go down about 25mm. If the window didn't move after it first stops then I'm doubtful the jam sensor is being triggered. It didn't work and I was told it is the motor on this new purchase part (purchased from KIA). There is power to the plug and there is power after the plug but the window wont work. So, I took that part back and got a new one and it was installed yesterday and I was told the same thing, the motor is not working.

2 posts · Joined 2017. #1 · Dec 28, 2017. So I've got a 2016 C'eed and I've listened to DAB since I got the car. A few weeks ago I lost signal while driving and now I can't get it to work. If I turn the radio on from engine start, I sometimes get a couple of seconds of radio but then silence. FM works absolutely fine.
To reset instrument cluster or fix speedo/tacho failure this is what I did. Started engine, removed cluster fuse. Instrument cluster then has total failure. Reinserted cluster fuse. Hey presto all up and running again. Stopped engine then restarted alas same problem but fixed by taking fuse in and out again. Suspected battery, so disconnected

I'm having problems getting my car to start when it has been parked for any amount of time. When I press on the brake and press the Engine Start Stop button, it will turn on ACC mode and On Mode, but the engine will not start. Also, if you watch the video I've attached, you can see that the ESC and Downhill Brake Control light turns RED. The engine will then refuse to turn over and all that can be heard is a quiet sounding relay, clicking from behind the dashboard area on each turn of the key. The only way I can then start the engine is to manually release the gear shift lever by pressing the release button and move the gear lever into the 'N' position. 1) Windscreen fluid froze in the reservoir and pump. 2) I pressed (and held) the washer button but the pump motor could not move. 3) The pump drew too much current and blew the fuse. Replacing the fuse fixed my problem. (It wasn't on a cee'd though.) So, this could explain why the fuse blew, if that is the cause of the problem.
Step 1: Disconnect the Battery. Remove these 2 bolts. Step 2: Remove Airfilter Box. Remove the 2 airfilter box nuts, and the 1 at the rear of the box. Unscrew the clamp around the pipe, also remove the electrical connector from the top of the filter. Remove the complete air filter box from the car. 791NA.
